This job is a good entry-level job if you're looking to learn fast and use some great customer service skills. The downsides to this job were fairly standard for any entry level job in a corporate chain, IE: Changes in upper management and the company caused quickly changing expectations and goals for the team that weren't always realistic or achievable attendance points system low starting wages. Opportunities for growth were plentiful if you were able to hang in and do a good job consistently. I was fortunate to have management that cared about the employees' safety, well-being, and advancement. I worked here for over two years and enjoyed helping people have the best vacation or convention-week possible, but guests can also treat you like an amenity they expected to be included in their Vegas experience. ![]() Working on the strip always means your day is full of characters: sometimes these characters are fun and vibrant and add to your day, sometimes they make work and providing the top-tier customer service Vegas is famous for very difficult. ![]() ![]() Overall, It's a good job to start out in hospitality and I made some amazing friends and had a lot of growth and opportunity for experience.
